A fantastic A4 reward/behaviour chart which can personalised with the child's name, favourite clipart and colour.

In the space below please indicate the child's name so that we can prepare the chart before sending you the final PDF copy. Please also indicate a preference of clipart image (no real life known characters please), background colour and any other information. There is also a space to write the child's target and reward. Alternatively you can add this below and we will type it in for you.

This resource can be either sent electronically via email (FREE) or can be sent via first class mail loaded onto a CD (P&P £1.00). Please choose your preferred method at the checkout. If the CD option is chosen then the file will be sent by email beforehand for your approval.
